It is not easy to describe Tirana in a few words. Descriptions like a ‘vibrant city’, ‘colorful’ are simply expressions to give the idea of culture, passion and optimism that is felt in the capital.
Many tourism platforms and websites describe Tirana as an intriguing, pleasant, lively and unique place. The relics of the old regime challenge the new colored constructions.
Tirana has about 56 cultural heritage sites and 141 tourist spots. In recent years, Tirana has opened a series of tourist spots such as the Clock Tower which was reopened in June 2016 after the reconstruction, Leaf House, Bunkart1 & 2, the reconstruction of the Square, Bazaar, Castle and many other points to visit.
