Dua Partner Invest is an interactive platform that brings together startups from the Western Balkans, looking for funding opportunities, with investors looking for competitive business ideas, and consultants with diverse expertise in the startup sector. The platform is an initiative of Partners Albania for Change and Development, an organization supporting startups and their ecosystem.
Eu4Innovation aims to strengthen the innovation ecosystem and boost startup creation in Albania. The program in Albania is funded by the European Union with support from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development.
The development cooperation between Germany and Albania began in 1988. The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH has been active in Albania on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) ever since. In 2008 GIZ opened an office in Tirana.
